Standard low-speed vehicles have headlights, brake lights, turn signals, seat belts, side and rear view mirrors, and advanced braking systems. Golf carts can get up to 20 mph while LSVs can get up to 25 mph. Golf carts and low-speed vehicles (LSV) may look like each other but there are important differences.
